– 500 grams of beef gravel
– 1 liter of thick coconut milk
– 2 bay leaves
– 2 sticks of lemongrass, bruised

– 2 cm galangal, bruised
– 2 tamarind kandis
– 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
– Salt to taste

Ground spices:

– 10 grains of shallots
