Launching from Isplus on July 25 2023, Akdong Musician’s agency, YG Entertainment, announced that the singing duo would make a comeback soon.

“Akdong Musician is working on the second half of the album with the aim of making a summer comeback,” said YG Entertainment as reported by IntipSeleb from Isplus on Tuesday, July 25, 2023.

This is the first time in two years that AKMU will be releasing a new song. They previously released Next Episode in July 2021 and gained popularity with the title song Fall featuring singer IU at the time.
